The victim (E282) was a male in his 40s. The victim was arrested in China at a known residence. The victim had been studying the bible with his partner and child. The victim and a South Korean missionary were handcuffed to a bed. The victim and his family, including a baby, were refouled through Tumen border detention centre to Onsong County MSS pre-trial detention centre.
