The victim (E136) was a named male in his 50s in 2014. The victim was arrested and detained at Musan County MSS pre-trial detention centre. The victim was reported for possessing a Christian pamphlet. A known amount of days after the victim’s arrest, the victim’s immediate family was arrested, including children. The victim was confirmed by an MSS officer who signed the sentencing paper to have been transferred to a political prison camp. Certain information is withheld for the victim’s safety.
